Antonio García Roldán

Antonio Garcia began his career as a rider at Finca Los Alburejos, owned by D. ALvaro Domecq. Being one of the equestrian families with more prestige and admired in Spain. Antonio grew up in this farm with his parents and grandparents, the love for horses quickly turned his passion into his profession.

During his career, Antonio has had the honor of learning from top-level coaches such as the international rider Ignacio Bravo, the famed D. Alvaro Domecq, Jorge de Sousa (Working Equitation European Champion) and even Bento Castellano (Trainer of Brazilian Working Equitation Team), among others.

Working at Dehesa de Cabeza Rubia ranch, he had the privilege of competing during 2007 and winning all the functionality tests performed that year, with the extraordinary and internationally known stallion, Armas Tarugo, who was Champion at SICAB 2007 in that category.

He served as clinician and trainer for the prestigious Club Hípico Culleredo, Dehesa de Monteandres and Hipica Masferrat.

In 2011, the opportunity arose to move to the United States as a Dressage trainer for Haras Dos Cavaleiros ranch in Magnolia (Texas), where for 3 years, he won numerous Dressage and Working Equitation competitions and awards.

In 2014 he joined the Waller team, where he continued to accumulate successes in his passion, Dressage,  with spectacular results.

In 2018 Antonio was part of Marta Renilla’s Training and Competing Team.

2022 Antonio created his own company, GR Dressage LLC.

He has given clinics in Dressage and Working Equitation, in Spain and the USA.
